How One Instagram Connection Led to a Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Support for Vulnerable Children
A Personal Journey and Call to Help
On September 2nd, I reached out to Naina and her sister Sunaian after seeing a video they posted on Instagram about their mission work. A few days earlier, I had prayed, asking the LORD to please sell my book Hannah, vowing to donate the money to a ministry. To date, my book hasn’t made more than $0.05, but when I saw their video—not fully understanding what it was but sensing it was special and meant for my eyes—I knew I had to reach out.
I didn’t expect to hear back right away, but to my surprise, the sisters responded and requested a video chat on Instagram, which led to our first meeting. During our conversation, I had many questions, some of which I’ve included in the interview section below. However, as we talked, I realized I wanted to help in any way I could.
